Kent Denney, CMHC grew up in the Millcreek area of Salt Lake City and graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in the department of Educational Psychology for counseling. He has over fifteen years of experience using cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT) to help his clients make thoughtful changes that can improve happiness, peace and contentment. Kent specializes in depression and anxiety treatment, addictions, couples counseling and is very experienced in DBT. Kent has now been married for over forty years and has three grown and married daughters and five grandsons. Their family enjoys camping in the beautiful Utah mountains.
